Friday 13th Good Luck!

Before I show you more of my fall decorating I want to share my good luck today!

I had a nice Friday the 13th surprise! I won another give-away! Go here to see! I've been on a roll with winning give-away's lately! So fun! I'll feature it on my blog when I receive it.

This is Matilda! I bought her at Hobby Lobby a couple of years ago. I think she is one of the prettiest turkeys!

Matilda is displayed on the hall tree in the foyer. She greets our visitors as they come through the front door.

You've seen the mercury glass urn below, but since it's next to the turkey, I'm showing it again, I just love it, and it only cost $5.99 at TJ Maxx!

My friend gave me the yellow hat below!

Matilda thinks she safe on Thanksgiving Day, she won't be eaten, but my three-year-old grandson is coming, maybe she should hide! LOL!
I hope you enjoyed seeing a little more of my Thanksgiving decorating.

Have a happy day!
God Bless.

Katherine

I love all your decorating but I love Matilda most of all!
She's not 'cutesy' like most decorations, she's so unique and so elegant looking!
Thanks for sharing!
All the best,
Eileen

Matilda is just gorgeous. I have looked all over and can't find a pretty turkey, yours is stunning and looks fabulous on the hall tree. I really love the pretty yellow hat too. Lovely vignette. Hugs, Marty

Congrats, Katherine on winning the FAB crochet throw! And I think your idea of having Matilda roost out of harms way on Thanksgiving might be a good idea ... she's doesn't want to be an appetizer for a small one!
Hugs and have a great weekend,
Betty :)

Oh I love the mercury glass urn, just beautiful. I don't usually go to TJMax, but maybe I should.

Katherine, Matilda is a beauty! I love her looks and her name! She has a very secure look about her, as if she knows she won't be dinner on Thanksgiving...she must know how much you love her!

Your post is so cute...love your yellow hat! And I just adore your yellow roses header...they are gorgeous!!!

Blessings to you!
