I like all depression glass because it is so dainty, but yellow is the only color I collect, because yellow is my favorite color! The yellow depression glass is a little harder to find too, making it more of a challenge. I haven't added to my collection in a while. Maybe it's time to go hunting again!Below is a picture of where I usually display my depression glass collection. It is on a yellow tea cart in the dining room. The tea cart has yellow roses painted on it. Someday I will feature it on Show and Tell.
To me my computer and blogging is good therapy, it is relaxing no matter what time of day or night!

I love depression glass! I collect the green, which is more common than the yellow.
I do have a few yellow pieces and I use them when I entertain.

It's very lovely, and your photos are quite artistically done too. I think I may have some of that yellow depression glass and didn't know it. Four little custard cups that were my grandmothers. They are the same shade as the pieces in your last photo. I wonder??

At a shop where I use to work, we sold replica depression glass. And my lived through the actual era, and remembers receiving a free plate or a bowl at the movie theaters during the 30's!
