Tabletop Tuesday

Time for Tabletop Tuesday! Thanks to Marty for hosting so we can share our creations! Go here for lots more inspiration.

Today my tabletop creation is way up high! I have a child's table and chairs displayed up high on top of the pantry in our kitchen. Here in Florida lots of homes have the really high shelves near the ceilings. I enjoy displaying various objects on them.

I have a miniature tea set on the table.
A little bird house is on the left and a bird cage on the right.

This is the back side of the shelf, viewed from the dining room:
You can see one of the little chairs and the top of the table.

A longer shot view:

Across from this (to the left) is this high shelf, also in the dining room:

A closer view, the left side of the shelf:

The right side of the high shelf:

While showing high displays, I'll also show the other side of the dining room, above the doors to the master bedroom. I recently found this metal cross at Hobby Lobby for $3.99!

I hope you enjoyed seeing some of my "high tabletops displays!"
Cucina sign about the pantry door is "kitchen!"

Have a happy day!

God Bless.

Katherine

What a darling place to display this lovely little table and chairs. I bet the little ones wish they could climb right up there to play! How much fun you can have with this.

How fun to have these special places to decorate, they look great! I'll bet you really think through what you want to do before getting out the ladder though, lol!
Thanks for posting the Barnyard Bash, I think it will be fun:@)

Katherine,
Love that you decorate these types of spaces. I decorate all the spaces like that in my house too! It is very cute. I love little doll sets with tea on them. My grandmother has lots of these collections. It is so wonderful to look at.

Wow, these really are high places. Love the child's set. I think I'd really like having some spaces like this to use for various vignettes. Guess you have to keep a really tall ladder handy. LOL
