Rooster Party!

The Rooster Party is finally here! Thanks so much to Barb at Bella Vista for hosting this fun party so we can show off our struting roosters! Click on her name to view all the party participants, such fun!

I have a few new roosters since last year. I'll start with this one I found at Ross. It was only $5.99, so I had to have him!

Isn't he handsome?

He is displayed on an end table in our family room

The polka dot rooster below is called a "Rocking Rooster!" He actually rocks, I wish I had him in motion!
I recently featured him in a tabletop disply with a teapot and tea cups.
His tail feathers are real!
I found him at Home Goods.

Here's another rooster I found at Ross
This rooster is a candy dish!
I used this clear glass rooster in a tablescape last week
Here's a peek at the tablescape. Scroll down a few posts to see more of it.

Here's the big white rooster I used in yesterday's tablescape, he's a beauty!

This fine rooster was purchased at Home Goods for $12.

This chicken was also featured as the centerpiece in a tablescape last week. She is also from Home Goods.
This is Henrietta!
She wanted to come to the rooster party.

Henrietta says: "Do you think if I disguise myself in this straw hat and bandana
"will they think I'm a rooster??"

Now a short review of the roosters from last year's Rooster Party:
This little feather rooster was a hit at last years party!

So was this silly looking foul, we never decided if it was a hen or rooster!!

This cute rooster was only a dollar at Dollar Tree!

These two came from Hobby Lobby (half-price!)

And now -- ta da! The real prince (or so he thinks!)
This colorful rooster strutted his stuff big time last year!! He's baaaaack!!!
He wanted to make another appearance since he is such a good looking dude!

Okay, okay, that's enough! Shoo!! Stop hogging the camera! You are a has-been from last year!

Let the new guys have their glory this year!

I hope you enjoyed my roosters! Which is your favorite?

I have been in a panic because my server was down all afternoon and I was afraid I would miss the party! I apologize for being a bit late! Thanks for hosting Barbara!

I'm also linking to The Style Sisters Centerpiece meme. Click on their name for lots of inspiration!

God Bless.

Katherine, I am not using a linky...I'm using a Sidebar Linking System...which means you don't need to do a thing. Just click on the links on my sidebar to go to the participants.

Your roosters are so, so lovely. They are wonderfully colorful and make me grin from ear to ear. Love your displays.

Thank you for joining this year and sharing with us. Have a great time.

Hugs, Barb ♥

Now Roosters are something I do not have one of...But if I were to choose one, it would be the one that is sort of Patchwork that you bought this year.

What cute Country Roosters for your home decor! I LOVE country, so the two most countryish - both new - were my favorites. The candy dish brought back sweet family memories as a great-aunt once had one just like it only in an amber color. And last year's king rooster was a much fancier version of my grandparents ceramic roosters from days of yore. Thank you for a lovely visit and lovely memories. Have a blessed and fun Rooster-ific week. :)

I hope no one else reads this, but I think you win the prize for the funnest collection of roosters. I love the polka dotted one with the polka dot tablescape. Your rooster tablescape with all of the clear roosters is gorgeous too. What fun they must have together in your wonderful home.

Oh Yellow Rose - - - I have been down through the ENTIRE rooster list, and here you are the very last blog. I'm so rooster-eyed by this time I don't know if I'll make much sense or not!

I do know this - - - every stinkin' on of your black shiny with polka dots or the facsimile there of roosters are really cute!

All roosters are cute but if I have to choose a favorite it is the black and red couple you purchased from Hobby Lobby. I wish I had that store close to me but it probably is good I don't....I'm sure you know why. Thanks for sharing.
