This is a tea cup and saucer with no history that I can remember. I don't even remember where this one came from! It's pretty though! It has a silver sticker on the bottom with "Norcrest, crafted in Japan," on it. The white gloves were my mother's. This book "The Tea Rose" by Jennifer Donnelly was given to me, I haven't read it yet, one of my friends read it and she said it is sad.
