Tabletops Tuesday

I always enjoy participating in Marty's Tuesday Tabletops. Go here for lots more tabletop inspiration! Thanks, for hosting, Marty!

Today's Tabletop is on the round oak coffee table in our family room. I have three different ways I've done this vignette. You can decide which is your favorite.

I recently found this pretty wooden book box at Hobby Lobby at 50% off.

I'm not sure if it is wood or resin, but it is really heavy!

I'm using it in the vignette with two candlesticks on top.
I'm still using the terrarium with the figurines inside. I like it so much I haven't changed it.
I also bought the flat wire basket at Hobby Lobby for 50% off, here it is filled with Guideposts books.

The candlesticks on the book.

In the picture below I was using another book. It is a bigger book that I found at Hobby Lobby for 80% off! I like it, but like the Psalms of King David better.

A close-up of the small magazines in the basket:

This is the first vignette:

After reading in the book below I decided to change what was in the wire basket.
A few months ago, Marty recommended this book on accessorizing and I ordered it from Amazon.com for only $6.99

In the picture above, on the left side of the bottom of the picture frame, there's a basket filled with photographs, I liked this idea and decided to try it.

From this book, "The Art of Accessorizing"

I placed family pictures in the wire basket:

I like it this way too!

Which is your favorite?

I hope you enjoyed seeing the different ways I've changed the vignette around on our family room coffee table.

I'm having a little difficulty using our laptop tonight, for some reason it won't let me move the photos around. The pictures are a little out of order, but I think you can "get it" this way!
God Bless.

Katherine

It looks really nice both ways, but I think I like the photos in the basket. I always love to see personal items like that. Old black and white photos would look awesome in there also.
