I don't want to miss Barb's Tabletop Tuesday, it's one of my favorite days! Go here for lots more tabletop inspiration!
Today I'm sharing the top of one of my curio cabinets. This cabinet is in the dining room.
On the right end of the curio top is a picture of my husband's mother, Marian. She died before I met her. I think she is so pretty!
Beside the picture is a glass letter "A" (from Hobby Lobby a few months ago.) The clock was purchased at Ross (I think) several years ago.
The left side of the curio top has a decorative plate purchased recently at Home Goods for $2.99! I bought it to use in last week's tabletop, but then found the other one that I used. Go here to see last week's Tabletop Tuesday if you missed it.
The little brown bird, and the candlestick are both from Hobby Lobby.
My tabletop feature is short today since we were gone all day, 100 miles north of where we live, in Jacksonville, FL at Mayo Clinic. We will return there Friday when my husband will have a heart catheterization. We appreciate all your prayers!
I can't wait to see everybody's tabletops! I may not get to reply to your comments for a day or so, but I will reply eventually! Tuesday morning I go to my prayer group, then after lunch we have to go find a new microwave, as our just died!
Thanks to Barb for hosting Tabletop Tuesdays! Click here to see her lovely posts and many others!
Happy February!
God Bless.
Katherine

Kathy...I can't believe it...we have the same picture frame. I actually have 2. Oh, I should show those...I have youth pictures of my husband's mom and dad in them. That is just unbelievable to me...that so far apart and we just met, and we have the same frames. I have had mine for YEARS!
Hi Katherine!
You and your husband have our prayers.
Your little table looks so pretty!
Very pretty! I really like that clock. Your husband's mother was very pretty and how nice you have a pic of her in your vignette. Hope all goes well for your husband.

Good morning, Katherine. Prayers for your hubby!
J was diagnosed with heart disease(inherited) in his early 40's, over 20 years ago. It can be quite a roller coaster ride! I know, people find it difficult believing he has heart disease because he looks so robust! I'm hoping all goes well and your husband's recovery is complete!
Your tabletop is beautiful and so is the cabinet!
Katherine, such a lovely tablescape. YOu do have some beautiful things and you always put them together with such flair. I love everything. Hugs, Marty
It is a very pretty picture of his mother. The tabletop is very pretty Katherine.
We'll be praying for good results at Mayo.

Be a sweetie,
Shelia :)
nice job. love the cabinet and collection it is all on top of.
Hi Katherine,
What a beautiful tabletop display! It's nicely balanced, and you've incorporated some lovely "ingredients." If you hadn't named your sources, I'd have assumed several of the pieces were antiques!
I certainly hope your husband's procedure goes well. You'll both be in my thoughts and prayers.
Fondly,
Bill
