Cloche Party

Marty is once again hosting one of our favorite meme's, her Cloche Party! We all enjoy participating and browsing other blogs. Go here for lots more fun and inspiration. Thanks for hosting, Marty!

Since St. Patrick's Day is our next "holiday" I'm starting with this theme.

I bought these Irish figurines recently at Michael's, they were $4.99 each, but I used the 40% off coupon two different weeks and got them for $3 each.
I also used them in the new terrarium I bought at Home Goods.
It was black, but I painted it with liquid gold leaf
I think they are so cute inside
Inside the etched cloche below I have the Kim Anderson kissing figurines

sitting on the clear glass cake plate with prisms.
"Kiss me I'm Irish!"

I used the same etched cloche for Valentine's Day:

I think this little figurine (from Home Goods) is so pretty
Another Valentine's Day cloche:
The little Precious Moments figurine is adorable in this cloche:

Angels:
These angels can be used year around
A glass rose heart ornament in the cupcake cloche:
Birds (no pheasant) under glass for Valentine's Day:
A baby picture of my oldest daughter,
and her bronzed baby shoe under glass:
The shoe:

This metal cloche is a recent find at Hobby Lobby:
I haven't found the perfect item to fit
inside yet, so for now a little birdie is safe inside!

Another metal cloche I found at Hobby Lobby:
I plan to paint it another color, either gold or white

Faux lemons are inside for now

I always think of "The Saints" in New Orleans now when I see the Fleur de lis. "Who dat!"

A few more St. Patrick's Day decorations:

The St. Patrick's Day cloches as a centerpiece on the dining room table:
Sorry, the pictures didn't turn out so well.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I hope you enjoyed some of my cloche displays. We don't have the Easter decoration box out of the attic, so I don't have anything for Easter, those will come later, in a week or two!

Here's a review of some of the cloches, which is your favorite?

Have a happy day!
God Bless.

Katherine

Thanks for sharing your cloches. I haven't even thought about St Patty's day, let alone Easter. My favorite cloche is the kissing Kim Anderson figurines. But it may be a toss up with the terrarium with the St Patty's day figurines. I can't really decide between the two.

Katherine, you always do the best vignettes in the world, and your cloches are all decorated so beautifully. Each one I thought was my favorite, but they are all so beautiful I just couldn't pick a favorite. I love the terrarium and the wire one, they are so different, and you always find the neatest things to showcase them. Thank you so much for joining the party. These are all such wonderful eye candy. Hugs, Marty

What a GREAT collection of cloches you have, Katherine! Each one is just beautiful but my favorites would have to be the newly painted terrarium & the one that you put the hat on top of! That was really cute looking. All your little statues are precious!

My favorites are the metal ones--especially the one with the lemons. You'll have to let us see it after you paint--I vote for a gold finish. I don't think I have ever decorated for St. Patrick's day--but you have some wonderful things. I am geting ready to start for Easter. Have a wonderful weekend and hopefully we'll get some warmer weather.

Hi Katherine, I just realized that I spelled your name with a 'C' so I wanted to stop over and correct it!! My God Mother is Catherine Ann so I am in the habit of spelling it that way...
Have a great day!

My favorite has to be the terrarium with the boy and girl. They just look like they belong there. I am love with your cake plate with the crystals. Did you make it? If so how did you attach the crystals? Thaks for sharing.

My goodness at all the cloches!! I'm going to have to buy many more to catch up with your! :) They all look great. I love the St. Patrick's Day decor. I don't have very much, but I do have an Irish nutcracker for Christmas. Maybe I need to pull him out to use. I love the wire cloche from Hobby Lobby. My mother just got one similar to it. I tried to "sneak" it out of her house, but she caught me! Maybe I'll have to get myself one like it. Thanks for sharing such great inspiration.

Hello Katherine ~I wanted to stop by to reconnect. I've had a few absences from blogging and have lost touch with some of my friends that I miss sooo.
Since winter landed on our doorstep...it provided us the motivation for some indoor fun.
These charming festive cloches really put me in the mood for fun.

It's wonderful how inspiring blog friends as yourself can be, that's why I love returning the gesture, by sharing cooking or DIY ideas too.
I hope you can stop by so we can reacquaint ourselves. .

Sweet wishes,
Sara
