We have company so I am posting this spring tablescape from April 2010. I hope if you haven't seen it before you'll enjoy it! I'll be back in a few days!Inspiration for this tablescape came from this cute little bluebird tea pot. I wanted to do a spring bluebird tablescape, and use what I already have without buying anything.
These little red high top tennis shoes gave me the idea to use red instead of pastels. How cute are these shoes! He just cracks me up!
I bought this bluebird tea pot, the little bluebird salt and pepper shakers, and the bluebird dish, at Cracker Barrel a few years ago.
The wire "surround" above was purchased at a tea room in Williamsburg, VA several years ago, along with the little paper mache' blue bird. The tea room saleslady didn't know what to call the wire "surround" either, on the receipt she wrote "crown!"

These red napkins were used before in a tablescape and left folded this way. I'm thinking they are in the shape of a bird house so I'm using them with this bluebird tablescape.

The bluebird has a daisy on his head

I hope you enjoyed my bluebird tea time tablescape. Even though it's a bluebird, I keep thinking of the song "Rockin' Robin!" Those red hightops create the image in my mind!Happy Spring!
God Bless.
