Saturday

Meet some one new!

 Lookie here!
A Little YELLOW Truck!!! Can you believe it? We were at Hobby Lobby last week when I spotted it there! Since my favorite color is yellow I had to have this! It was on sale at 50% off, making it $12! I also had a HL gift card given to me at Christmas, I still had money left to buy some painting supplies!

Let me introduce you -- this is "Peggy Sue!"
Ain't she purdy?
She's all prettied up to make her debut,
filled with silk yellow roses to match,
and because yellow roses are my favorite flower!

Peggy Sue is a little smaller
than The Little Red Truck,
and a little different design.
I think they are cousins!

Front and center:

Here she's in the spotlight on a polka dot place mat, preparing to be front and center in a tablescape!
Since Peggy Sue is so pretty we are going to join Susan at Thursday Tablescapes. Click on her name for lots more inspiration.

With Peggy Sue all dressed out in yellow roses, this tablescape is done with yellow roses and polka dots!
Polka dot place mats, polka dot dessert plate and
yellow roses on the napkin rings.

Little yellow polka dot bird salt and pepper shakers will join Peggy Sue in the centerpiece.

 How cute is that!
I found the birdie s&p's at Cracker Barrel a couple years ago!

What other adventures will Peggy Sue come into?

I'm becoming a truck lady! I hope no one thinks I'm a crazy lady!!

Peggy Sue is a Blond Beauty, don't you agree?

Do you think The Little Red Truck's name should be revealed?

I hope you enjoyed meeting Peggy Sue
and seeing her featured in the tablescape!

Stay tuned for more adventures with the Little Red Truck
and the Little Yellow Truck, Peggy Sue!

Katherine, it is better to be the truck lady than the bag lady! Peggy Sue is a winner. It isn't often we see a yellow truck. I do like her cargo!
Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Love, love, love your yellow tablescape, especially your polka dot plates, precious birdie shakers, and, of course, your new yellow truck! Such a happy place for a meal. Rosie @ The Magic Hutch
