Sunday

Thanks!

I don't think I have posted the new door decor I did for Spring, I may soon change it for summer, so I want to share this one first!
I want to thank all my blogger friends for the many warm birthday wishes! Hearing from you was part of the fun of celebrating!!

I also want to thank those of you who offered up prayers for my sister, Ann. I really appreciate your prayers and know prayer is powerful! God is Good! All the time!
Ann has been in the hospital this weekend due to complications from her first round of chemo.
She was much better today when I talked to her and hoping she will be able to go home tomorrow (or soon!)
I am leaving Wednesday morning to go visit Ann. I'll be gone a week (or more, if needed.) I won't be able to use the laptop while there, so I'll be MIA for a while. Tomorrow night (Monday) I will post the pictures taken in Savannah where my daughters took me for my birthday celebration. They surprised me with a marvelous stay at a beautiful bed and breakfast! This B&B was painted yellow!! They also had a lot of fresh yellow roses in vases inside! I have lots of pictures to post, and I hope you will enjoy viewing them while I am gone.

This is the courtyard next to our front door. The bouganvillia froze back last winter and is
now growing back on the arbor, but not blooming yet.

I found this metal basket on sale at Michael's a few months ago. I love the shape and the wicker look.

Don't forget to come back tomorrow night to see the Savannah pictures, I think you will enjoy them!

Thanks again, for your birthday wishes, your kindness, and your prayers.

God Bless.

Katherine

I love those door baskets and even tried one, but my door is metal and it just kept banging....when the wind blew, so I took it back. They are so pretty and different than a wreath all the time!
