Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We are still on vacation so I'm combining posts this week. I'm joining in three memes, Marty's Tabletop Tuesday, Kathleen's 2nd Annual St. Patrick's Day Blog Crawl, and Susan's Tablescape Thursday. Click on their names to go to their blogs for lots of inspiration! Thanks, ladies for hosting!
I have another Irish themed tablescape, this one has an Irish derby hat theme.
The centerpiece
The cute little girl dressed in green is holding a green shamrock

The little green stool was a dollar at Target last year

A tiny pot of gold hidden under the stool!

A shamrock necklace and faux coins

Derby hat from one of my teddy bears!

These little derby hats were on sale at Michael's 5 for $1.00!

They have rubber bands on them and
make great napkin rings!

Dollar Tree white plates on green chargers

I'm using the Dollar Tree "crystal" again

A very inexpensive Irish themed tablescape

Click on each icon above to go to their blogs!

A shamrock for you!

May you have a very happy St. Patrick's Day!

Don't eat too much corned beef!

Dance an Irish Jig!

Kiss someone Irish!

Here are a few of my favorite Irish Blessings for you:

May there always be work for your hands to do;
May your purse always hold a coin or two;
May the sun always shine on your windowpane;
May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain;
May the hand of a friend always be near you;
May God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.
and may you be in heaven a half hour before
the devil knows you're dead!

May the road you walk be a smooth one,
May your troubles be few, if any,
May the days and years that lie ahead
Be healthy, happy, and many.

May you have friends in abundance,
May the sun shine bright around you.
May the world be a wonderful place to live.
And may God's love always surround you.
Irish Blessing

These are the things I wish for you,
Someone to love,
Some work to do
A bit o' sun
A bit o' cheer,
And a guardian angel
Always near.
Traditional Irish Blessing

May your life always be like a teapot -
Overflowing to warm the soul. Irish Blessing

Have a happy day!
God Bless.

Katherine

What a delightful tablescape. The napkin holders are so cute--what a creative idea. But of course I am drooling over all the cutwork. I love white cutwork linens. I think I might use your Irish Blessings in my St. Patrick's Day emails to family. Hope you are enjoying your vacation and some beautiful weather as well.

What a fun St. Pat's Day table! I really like the little hats at each place setting! My fav of your decorations are the couple doing the Irish jig - very cute and unique! I especially like how you put them in your little terrarium - like a little house for them!
