Tablescape Thursday

Time for Tablescape Thursday! I'm excited about the Christmas tablescapes this month as I didn't see last December's tablescapes.

My tablescape today is "He came to bring us love, peace, joy, and hope!"
The tablecoth is hunter green. The color scheme is green, white and burgundy.

I found these little 5-inch plates at Cracker Barrel about two months ago. They also had salad and dinner plates, but I like these because of their size (and easier to store!) I really like the message on each plate!

The white dinner plates are from Dollar Tree (a few years ago) I've also had the green tone on tone napkins for several years.

I found the chargers at Ross last Saturday, they were only $1.99 each! The color doesn't show up well, but they are a dark burgundy, touched in gold on the edges.

The centerpiece is a white resin Nativity that looks like a faux chalkware. I bought this at Hobby Lobby last year even though I already had a white Nativity. It was half-price and I like their faces and design on the clothes.
I collect Nativities that are different,
I will be featuring my Nativity collection throughout the month of December.

I hope you enjoyed my "He came to bring us love, peace, joy and hope" tablescape.
I pray you are experiencing this in your life everyday as well as Christmas!

Thanks to Susan, Between Naps on the Porch, for hosting Tablescape Thursday! Go here for lots more inspiration.

I have more Christmas tablescapes planned for this month, I hope you enjoyed this one and will return to see the others!

Have a Merry Christmas!
God Bless.

Katherine

Lovely table expressing the real meaning of Christmas. Sometimes we get all caught up in the hoopla and forget, don't we?

The table is beautiful, Katherine...the colors, the darling plates, and of course, the white figurine of Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus...how precious it is. Everything looks very elegant and serene. I have several nativity scenes as well, and am looking forward to showing them, and seeing yours as you post them. Really enjoying the Christmas themes of all the blogs, aren't you? There's just no end to the possibilities!

God bless!

I really like the Cracker Barrel plates. They would look pretty lined on a wall with a ribbon behind them too.
