Blue Monday

Someone suggested I add this blue and white post to Sally's Blue Monday. I'm a little late (have been gone all day) but want to participate since I don't have very much blue to join in with her very often. Go here to see lots more Blue inspiration!

The theme of my Tablescape is Tea Time Blues. I love blue, but those of you who follow my blog know I don't have blue in my house!

I really do like blue and white china! Even though I didn't have any I had to have a few pieces when I saw this cute pyramid shaped tea pot! It was only $5.99 at Ross (this past year.) I found myself picking up a cute piece of blue and white here and there. I love blue and white teamed with yellows!

Here's my blue and white tablescape, my Tea Time Blues!

The centerpiece is a blue and white ceramic shoe, and a blue and white ceramic hand bag!

Two blue and white voltive holders from Dollar Tree are on each side.

The napkins are made from fabric from Hobby Lobby.

Each place setting has it's own personal tea pot. I placed each unique shaped tea pot on a white plate (from Dollar Tree years ago.)

The white tea cups were $3.00 each at Home Goods (bought a few months ago.)

My favorite is the pyramid shaped tea pot, which is your favorite?

I love the yellow roses with the blue and white!

The little ceramic high top shoe is so cute!

The handle on the purse is plastic.

Which tea pot is your favorite?
This one?

This one?
Or, this one?
I hope you enjoyed my Tea Time Blues tablescape!

Tablescape Thursday is a fun day in blogland! Thanks to Susan for hosting! Go here to see lots more! This is Susan's 51st Tablescape Thursday! The one year anniversary next week!
Thank you, Susan, for 51 fun weeks of tablescapes! I wish I had joined in the beginning!

This is the second post I have done today. Scroll down to see my little birds on the Feathered Friends Party.

Have a happy day!
God Bless.

Pour yourself a cup of tea before you go!

Katherine

Oh my stars, what a fabulous collection. You can feel safe that I won't tell my mama about these. She would be beating down your door to get to them (she collects blue and white and adores teapots!).

Hi Katherine,
The yellow roses combined with the blue create a stunning combination! I like everything you included this time, and I suppose if I had to choose, the second teapot would be my favorite ... the shape really "speaks" to me!

Not much prettier than deep blue and yellow. Lovely dishes. It would be hard to say which teapot I like best. I think it's so cute you have them at each place setting.

Oh, I like the pyramid-shaped one also, because it perfectly matches a glass tray I bought from Hobby Lobby a few years ago! I'm trying so hard not to break it, because it's one of my favorite things. I love your tablescape, as I think blue, white and yellow is one of the prettiest combinations of colors. And also so elegant.

Hi Katherine...I adore them all, but the pyramid teapot is my favorite! Your Tea Time Blues tea party tablescape is wonderful...so pretty and cheerful! Thanks for your suggestion of rose petals in my little bird bowl. That would make a very nice centerpiece! Take care,

Oh Katherine, I am so glad I didn't miss this. I have been so busy I have just been popping in and out and havn't really gotten to see too much. I LOVE all of the beautiful blue and white pieces you have. The little shoe and the purse are both stunning, and everyone of your teapots are so pretty. I really don't think I could ever pick a favorite. I also really love the pretty white cups and saucers, the cut out work on them is so pretty. All of this with the yellow roses makes one of the prettiest tables I've seen. I really, really love it all. Hugs, Marty
