I decided to use my favorite color yellow, with white for my two colors.
Bright yellow plates from TJ Maxx and polka dot plates were from there as well, years ago. Napkins from Kohl's.
I looked around the house for something special to use for the centerpiece.
What could be more special than the Blessed Mother?
The silk flowers are from Dollar Tree
Crystal goblets and crystal look flatware handles
Love the yellows!
I almost used my yellow polka dot place mats, but decided the simple look on the Battenburg lace tablecloth was best. What do you think?

Before your post came up I knew your color with the white was yellow! It just had to be!! Love the polka dots too!!

I thought you might use yellow as the accent color today! I love these challenges too. I think you chose the right option with the plates directly on your gorgeous tablecloth. This is such a pretty table. Linda
Love your yellow setting! It's so bright and cheery!
Cool Polka Dots in your table setting. That is new love.
Cathy's Cupboard Calamity <;)
OK, how did I miss this earlier? Usually I see your tables before the party begins, but this is the first time I'm seeing this.
Since yellow officially became my life color at the end of last year, I'm particularly drawn to this one. It's bright and festive and HAPPY. I love the plates, but my favorite thing is the napkin. I also love it with or without the placemat. It seems like such a small change, but it really does give the table two unique looks.
So pretty, K! I love polka dots and the yellow is so cheerful!
Hope your puter gets fixed soon!
I love this table setting with white and pretty yellow polka dot plates! Hope your pewter is fixed back; as I love pewter. Lovely yellow centerpiece with sweet Merry. Big hugs,
FABBY
What a happy table! I love the way you mixed the size of the polka dots with the larger ones on the plates and the smaller ones on the placemats. Your tablecloth is so pretty and I like that flatware - it adds an unusual touch!
What a sunny yellow tablescape! I love the polka dots :)
Nice cheery table, Katherine! Love the polka dotted plates and placemats.
Have a wonderful week...
