Normally I don't use red in our house as we have a lot of burgundy. I make an exception for Valentine's Day! I changed the vignette on the end table in the family room.
The cut out white vase is filled with silk faux flowers. The pops of red among the earth tones in the family room is very cheerful.
I used most everything in my Valentine stash box, and only bought one new item, something I couldn't resist when I saw the price tag!
See how the candle lifts out, and the little beaded decoration on it! Could you have resisted??
Last year I used this pretty little Valentine girl in a cloche, but this year she's inside this terrarium filled with roses.
I think she is so beautiful!
She is displayed on the Bombay chest in the living room. It is in front of a large window and it is always very difficult to take picture with all the light shining through.I tucked in roses here and there to give a festive look.
First I changed the lantern with something else, but put the fruit swag back with some roses, as it gives it a more elegant look, don't you think? This lantern is on the end of the curio cabinet in the dining room.
A little cupid holds a bouquet of flowers. Two vintage look tin candy boxes are clustered around it.
A little tin heart basket holds pretty roses, this is on the handle of the door to the master bedroom.
The breakfast nook:
A wooden heart swag is attached to the gate-leg table. The black silhouettes of our two youngest grandchildren look great with the Valentine red and pinks. (Elisabeth, above.)
After taking the pictures, I realized I had forgotten to fill the dishes with the Valentine candy! I bought it special for the pictures too! Pooh!!
I decorated the top of the china cabinet in the dining room:
A little cupid is among the roses:
I didn't get a very good picture of the cute figurine on the right. The red roses even look pretty tucked among the yellow depression glass!
So, do you have a favorite?
I hope you have a very SWEET Valentine's Day!

So many gorgeous displays! I especially like the white table with the valentine swag garland, so cute! Visiting from Table Top Tuesday (my post right next to yours). Pam
I kept changing my mind as to what was my favorite. I finally settled on a tie between that adorable table in the breakfast nook and the top of the china cabinet. (Now that I think of it, I think mine is still bare from after Christmas!)
I love your mercury glass find from TJMaxx. That was a steal!
I love that little table, it is adorable! And that cut out vase is unique. Lots of beautiful decor there, K! Not much here!
Lots of great ideas. My favorite is the white table with the heart swag.
LOVE THAT!!! ANY EXTRA IDEAS?

Love is definitely in the air at your house. So many pretty V'tine vignettes. Love that little girl in the rose filled terrarium, and your new mercury glass candle holder is so pretty. Great idea to use the heart garland on the table. It just pops against that white table. Thank you for linking to the Valentine party. laurie
Everything looks so pretty but what really caught my eye is the birdcage. I actually have quite a few birdcages and I love the little vignette you created in yours! Great idea! I may have to borrow it if you do not mind???
Hugs,
Debbie
