It's been a long time since I've participated in Marty's Table Top Tuesday, so it's time I joined in again! Thanks to Marty for hosting, click on her name for lots more inspiration.
I changed a lot of my tabletops recently to a lighter decor for summer. The above vignette is on top of the curio cabinet in our dining room.
The left end has a shabby chic candlestick and white ceramic fruit in a white basket dish. I had to add the silk roses for a touch of color, I didn't like it with all white.
The roses have a bit of white on the petals.
The right end has a tall cut-out vase and a little cut-out bird votive. I found both of these at Ross at different times (years, actually!)
The vase was only $5.99 and the bird only $3.99! What a steal for both, don't you agree!
The vignette below is in our living room on the end table at the end of the settee.
I found the plate with a bird on it at TJ Maxx this year. The figurine is from Ross several years ago.
The book box (I think it was from Michael's) also has a little bird on it.
The vignette below is in the family room. I found the pretty wooden clock at Home Goods this spring.
I didn't see those dotted "lights" on this picture until I loaded it tonight! I think it is light coming through the blinds.
Another bad picture below. This is in the living room, under the large window with blinds behind it. It is very difficult, almost impossible to get a good picture during the day!
I hope you enjoyed seeing the summer updates of my vignettes!
Have a happy day!

Hi Katherine...
My friend, I just love all of the pretty white accents that you have added to your summer decor! Oooh...love, love, LOVE that white ceramic fruit and basket...sooo pretty! Your tall, cut-out vase is gorgeous...very unique. I haven't seen another quite like it!
Well dear lady, I sooo enjoyed seeing all of your summery pretties! Thank you for sharing them with us! You have some really beautiful home accents, sweet friend!
You were asking how I photographed the window area at my place. Uhhh, very carefully! Hehe! I have just learned, from trial and error, that there are certain times of the day that the lighting allows for photos. I loved your suggestion for naming my new french beauty...Lily! So she is...Lily! Thank you, dear friend! Have a wonderful week!
Warmest wishes,
Chari

I'm loving your summertime vignettes, Katherine, all simply beautiful! Adding that rose was the perfect touch with all the white decor, really makes it all stand out. xoxo
Hi Katherine,
I was stopping by to say hi and very much enjoyed seeing your white vignettes. I'm glad you added a few roses! Otherwise I might have thought I'd ended up at the wrong place! I also enjoyed seeing your sausage pinwheels post (I love those). Hope you're having a good summer.
Warmest regards,
Bill
